Forrest Chase, Finding Forrest Chase (Forrest Chase)

The Finding Forrest Chase campaign was a fun and quirky way to tackle a real challenge – customers couldn’t find the CBD shopping centre! Using a giant pin as a locator, Forrest Chase invited customers to “find the pin” for a chance to win a share of $15K in prizes. Komo’s Spin to Win mechanic was central to the activation, allowing customers to engage and win rewards simply by locating the pin in the mall.

On-site activations next to the pin boosted engagement, offering additional prize opportunities. This seamless integration of gamification and instant rewards made Komo the perfect partner for Forrest Chase, helping them connect with customers while making the experience fun and memorable.

 

Karingal Hub, Under the Sea (KARINGAL HUB)

Karingal Hub wowed customers with its immersive Under the Sea art experience. This interactive maze, themed around the wonders of the deep ocean, captivated shoppers from start to finish. After their journey through the oceanic world, customers scanned a QR code that took them to Karingal Hub’s Scratch and Win game, where they could win gift cards.

Campbelltown Mall, Food Court Frenzy (Charter Hall)

At Campbelltown Mall, foodies had the chance to engage in the Food Court Frenzy. Komo’s Scratch and Win and Swiper cards were deployed to drive excitement and give customers the opportunity to win food court coupons redeemable at participating retailers. The goal? Boost traffic to the mall and increase sales for its food retailers.

Elara Village, Halloween Fair (Colliers)

Elara Village brought the Halloween spirit to life with their in-centre Halloween Fair. To add an extra layer of excitement, Komo’s Spin to Win was integrated into the event. Attendees were invited to scan a QR code for a chance to spin the wheel and win prizes from participating retailers.

QIC - Merry Everything (QIC)

QIC put a festive spin on customer engagement with their Merry Everything campaign. Shoppers were invited to participate in a fun personality quiz where they answered a series of questions to find out whether they had been "naughty or nice."
