Badges incentivise customer engagement and reward repeated interaction, while Contacts centralise your customer data, allowing you to personalise your interactions and create tailored experiences. Workflows then automate the process for assigning Badges to your Contacts , allowing you to respond to customer actions in real-time. 

Together, these features provide a powerful solution for optimising your workflow, tracking user behaviour, and creating a loyal customer base that keeps coming back for more.

Badges

Introducing our brand new Badges feature that will take your customer engagement to the next level. With Badges, you can incentivise your customers to engage with your content, play games, and complete forms, all while driving repeat visits to your digital destination. Assign Badges to users for taking action within your Hub!

Komo’s competition management module seamlessly links individual Badges or Badge Variant Groups to rewards and prizes. And the best part? You can design your own Badges and Badge Variants, complete with unique requirements for earning them.

Introducing our second new feature, Contacts, working in tandem with our Badges. This new feature is our first step into complete CRM capabilities within the Komo Platform.

Workflows

Our third new feature ensures that you can automate your business processes like a boss. The Workflows feature is a valuable tool that is key to unlocking the full potential of your team’s efficiency and streamlining your marketing efforts. And Version 1 is just the beginning! 

In its first iteration, this feature gives you the power to automate your Badges campaigns and respond to customer actions in REAL time. Talk about speed and agility!

With Workflows, you can set up triggers that activate when a user fills out a form or completes a game. These triggers lead to actions that can be used to assign achievements, or Badges, to certain users in version one, with many more triggers and actions to come.
