The partnership is officially being unveiled this week at RainFocus INSIGHT, where attendees will get a sneak peek at how the collaboration will elevate event experiences through a next-generation interactive event experience called MagicBadge™ Engage

Powered by Eventbase Activate and frictionless MagicBadge™ NFC technology, the new offering by Eventbase and Komo called MagicBadge™ Engage seamlessly connects physical event experiences with onsite digital activations. 

How MagicBadge™ Engage Works
Instead of using printed QR Codes for attendees to scan, MagicBadge™ Engage lets event organizers provide attendees with a secure digital MagicBadge™ on their phone to drive gamified experiences. With a simple scan or tap of their MagicBadgeTM, attendees can earn points or badges, participate in challenges and unlock interactive moments throughout the entire event. Every game stop becomes a unified digital-physical touchpoint, transforming sponsor booths, sessions and activations into engaging moments that reward participation and drive discovery.  Each MagicBadge™ interaction can instantly trigger a personalized Komo experience on an attendee’s phone and digital screens with every scan or tap. 

This partnership extends the ability for event organizers to engage with attendees, learn more about them and drive real-time personalized experiences at events.
